Regional Sales Manager
Sumatera Utara - RSM Outer Island
Responsibilities:
- Key Objectives:To coordinate and monitor the availability of products (Noodles and Beverages) in General Trade sales market and Horeka (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafeteria) in Sumatra and East Indonesia, in order to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Responsibilities: Responsible to achieving the sales target
- Distribution Channel Development
- Marketing and Promotion Program Discussion to achieve the maximum sales target
- Pricing Strategy and Sales monitoring
- Analyzing Customer & Competitor profiles
- Analyzing Market Competitiveness
- Monitoring and Controlling Performance of Sales Area
Requirements:
- Male, preferred age 35-40 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in same position with significant successful track record
- Minimum 8 years related experience required in area sales and promotion Foods & Beverages Company is a must
- Experience in general operational, distribution oversight, and managing a sales team
- Experienced as ASM handling surrounding areas of Sumatra & East Indonesia is a must
- Have outstanding leadership abilities; can inspire and motivate
- Excellent organizational, communications & presentation skills
- Highly self motivated, a hard worker and achievement oriented
- Strong analytical & problem solving skill
- Excellent communication in English both written & spoken
- Able to speak Mandarin is preferable
- Person with High Integrity
Area Sales Coordinator

Requirements:
