Reward Staff
Responsibilities:
- To support C & B Manager in doing data analysis & implementation of operational reward processes. Liaise with all parties both internal and external and gather all necessary data and information to ensure an up to date and correct administration / procedure.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree all major
- Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate / Advance Level)
- Good in analytical thinking, teamwork and detail oriented
- Having experience in Reward min 1 year, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
HRBP Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- This position will assist HR Business Partner in conducting all HR Business Process in operations / production field especially for training needs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Male/Female, not older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years related experience preferably in Training area of FMCG industries.
- Have knowledge on training need analysis, training methodologies, recruitment selection, and also on training effectiveness evaluation.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
